Description: Analyzes proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system. Coordinates modification records for management control. Establishes change orders and prepares for change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor. Prepares reports of change effect on overall product. Reviews and analyzes released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities. Ensures that customer requirements are implemented and reviews change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies. Specific Responsibilities: - Change Request, Notice, and Task creation and processing in Windchill Enterprise Product Data Management (EPDM); - Experience leading and/or facilitating Change Board(s) / Document Release and Configuration Control ensuring timely closure of identified tasks and impacts and compliance with change management requirements; - Reviewing/Approving/Releasing engineering drawings/parts/models, including assessing broader impacts of a proposed change through regular interaction with design, CPEs, Quality, and Manufacturing; - Experience managing Contract Deliverable Requirement List (CDRL) schedules, deliveries and verification in accordance with contract requirements and schedules. Basic Qualifications: - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products, specifically: Excel, Word, Access. -Experience with Windchill EPDM. Desired Skills: - Active TS/SCI clearance strongly desired. - Experience with Functional and Physical Configuration Audits. - SharePoint Administrator experience a plus. - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage a diverse workload, executing a high volume of tasks while maintaining high quality standards. - Must be able to work effectively in a dynamic major program environment. - Strong communication and organization skills with the ability to proactively resolve issues. - Experience working multiple programs simultaneously a plus. - Experience working different size/types of programs, including proposal and/or IRAD efforts, a plus.
