Since then weve sold over 45,000 CoolBots in over 60 countries " mostly by word of mouth! With the current expansion of our product catalog and the much-anticipated new version of the CoolBot rolling out this year, were ready to grow the company on purpose, and we need some talented hands-on professionals to help make it happen. Heres is the job description: Working as a key member of our customer care team, you are on the front lines with our 45,000 global customers and millions of future customers. Your talents for being able to meet them at their technical level and walk them through virtually any technical situation, as well as swiftly identifying and responding to sales inquiries, is critical to your success in this role. You love geeking out with DIYers, and you are a problem solver at heart. If this sounds like your dream job, we should chat. Heres how youll spend your days: Problem Problem-solving technical support requests " via phone and email Responding to questions about our CoolBot, Walk-in Coolers, and air conditioners, as well as inquiries related to insulation, cooler design, and cooler construction for our DIY customers Assisting customers with inbound sales requests " via phone and email Resolving technical support, billing, and shipping tickets in a prompt and courteous manner Maintaining and updating order and customer information in our database Playing a key role in the evolution of our best practices for customer care Skillfully and courteously responding to sales inquiries " following through on each to ensure complete and comprehensive closure Pitching in wherever you are needed " after all were a small and fast-growing company! Heres what youll bring with you: Demonstrated success in a technical customer care role Naturally gifted, articulate communicator " you speak in complete sentences and have a solid command of spelling and grammar PC literacy with experience and proficiency in MS Office. An insatiable curiosity " you never stop on the surface " you MUST keep digging until you understand your subject completely, and your subject might be a person, product, technology, tool, or idea High likability quotient " people are naturally drawn to you Passionate about meeting deadlines " you WILL NOT FAIL " in your pursuit of the finish line, even when the finish line changes Ability to manage time, activities, and priorities skillfully " without direct supervision " and leap tall buildings without breaking a sweat Wonderfully organized " in your mind and in your office Want to have an advantage over other candidates?
