Job Description:

A company is looking for an Annuity Analyst for a remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Process death claim transactions by communicating with agents, beneficiaries, and other departments
Ensure accurate handling and timely execution of contracts, adhering to guidelines
Provide elite customer service and identify opportunities for process improvements

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma completed
2-4 years of relevant insurance business experience
Working knowledge of insurance products and applicable policies
Experience with Microsoft Office and MS Teams
Empathy and a high sense of touch are necessary for customer support
