Our client is currently seeking a Facilities & Construction Director in the Sioux City,IA area. You will be in chare of the Ammonia and Refrigeration systems. You will also be responsible for the Racking and Automated storage/retrieval systems and the Automated/Controls systems. Project Management and overall project administration, leadership and technical direction is a big part of this role as well. You will manage bid requests, review bids, develop contracts.Facility Management and Develop and Implement preventative maintenance plans. You will train site staff to effectively execute preventative maintenance plans.Requirements:
5+ years of construction and facilities management experience . Excellent oral and written communication skills. Bilingual is an asset. Experience with CAD, PLC programming and automation programming
