Responsibilities:This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our team as a Spray Foam Insulation Technician. The standard function of the position is to spray foam insulation. The ideal individual must be technically inclined, possess good written and verbal communication skills, be energetic, self-motivated, dependable to work under little or no supervision and demonstrate job stability and eagerness to learn. Technical support will be provided by extremely experienced spray foam professionals. Joins us to experience working with state-of-the-art equipment in a supportive culture.
  • Manages a crew and job from start to finish.
  • Perform scheduled or routine preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment systems under contract agreement. Inspecting, adjusting, cleaning, and calibrating these systems are just a few tasks that could be assigned.
  • Maintains the necessary truck stock/inventory (equipment and tools) with the warehouse team. Good verbal communication and excellent analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work in a team setting and demonstrate a positive work attitude
  • Provides reliable, high-quality customer support.
  • Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.
  • Must complete other projects, as assigned.Requirements:
    • Must have spray foam experience
    • Education required: High school diploma or G.E.D.
    • Must be in Colorado (or permanently relocating within 2 weeks) to be considered
    • Reliable attendance is required.
    • 1+ years of Spray Foam experience.
    • Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule
    • Must have a working knowledge of spray equipment
    • Must have a valid driver s license and be able to clear a pre-employment screening.
    • Must possess basic math skills and, understanding of decimals and fractions
    • Stand; walk; sit; twist; use hands to handle; reach with hands and arms; push; pull; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear.
    • Must have the ability to push, pull, & lift 50lbs, as requested
    • Must be able to drive a motor vehicle (day and evenings) for extended time periods Must be 21 years or older to applyCompensation:
      • Fulltime: $25.00 per hour
