Title: Senior GIS Consultant III/IV (Utilities)
Location: 100% remote (company is based in Denver, CO)
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $95,000 - $135,000 Base Salary + Bonus (3-5%) + Benefits

Manager Notes:
Must have experience with Schneider Electric Conduit Manager, UFM, and Feeder Manager tools. Must come from a GIS Analyst background with experience performing GIS data modeling, requirements gathering, GIS analysis, workshop facilitation etc. Will need to be personable and comfortable presenting to executive-level stakeholders/clients.

Overview:
We are seeking a full-time GIS Analyst III/IV who has strong experience with Schneider Electric Feeder Manager, Conduit Manager, and UFM. This position may require travel at times per client and project requirements.

Responsibilities:
--- Perform data modeling activities, including data mapping, creating of data matrices, and migration specifications
--- Document processes, standard operating procedures, and system requirements for existing and new company and client custom applications
--- Participate in or lead business and functional requirements workshops with clients, based on the business need
--- Participate in functional, integration, and regression testing and associated activities including:
--- Documenting test plans, test case or checklists for organizing and guiding testing activities
--- Providing testing status updates
--- May facilitate testing and build status review meetings
--- May participate in configuring development and test environments for the project
--- Configure project environments, including ArcGIS Pro and Portal using the required tools and scripting
--- Create training and knowledge transfer materials and documentation
--- Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions

Required:
--- Bachelor of science, engineering, geography, or related field
--- A minimum of 7 years of related experience within the electric utility industry
--- Strong experience with Schneider Electric Feeder Manager, Conduit Manager, and UFM required
--- Knowledge of ArcFM designer
--- Understanding of cartography in context of softcopy mapping, Web mapping, or digital maps
--- Utility industry GIS experience - electric, gas, water or telecommunications data or business processes
--- Super user experience using ArcMap / ArcFM / ArcGIS Pro desktop tools and applications
--- Experience configuring stored displays, creating symbology, and creating data sets
--- Experience working with geospatial data including strong understanding of vector and point data types
--- A deep understanding of network connectivity for electric, gas, and water GIS
--- Experience using geoprocessing tools and performing GIS data analysis
--- Knowledge of Esri's Utility Network data model preferred
--- Proficiency using SQL Query Analyzer
--- Exposure to GIS data migration or conversion principles and techniques
--- Understanding of or exposure to ArcGIS Enterprise architectures and Web applications such as ArcGIS Online and Portal
--- Exposure to GIS mobile (field) applications and devices
--- Exposure to database model and service-oriented architecture concepts
--- Exposure to or awareness of GIS software programming languages (such as Python, Model Builder, FME Workbench, JavaScript, C++)
--- Strong written and oral communication skills
--- Strong MS Office skills with exposure to or experience with MS Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, OneDrive)
