Position Details:

Title: HVAC Service Supervisor
Location: Denver, CO
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00-4:00. There is an on-call rotation schedule every 4 weeks with an additional $150 stipend included.
Compensation: $90-115k
Benefits: Company Medical, Dental, and retirement plan available
Travel: Service Techs are dispatched using Mobile Tech on their company-provided laptops and phones. They are sent from their home directly to the client sites (Denver Metro area) and try to send to clients near their homes if at all possible. No out-of-state or overnight travel.

Position Description:
The service supervisor provides first-line supervision of field technicians to assure completion of preventive maintenance and small technical projects in high quality and timely manner to balance customer loyalty and maximize gross profit margins. This position is responsible for developing and managing team talent while working with the assigned dispatcher to assure the execution of assigned work.

Requirements:
The company is looking for a candidate with demonstrated leadership skills and a minimum of 10 years of commercial HVAC service experience. Company requires candidates to be EPA Certified and prefer this position to have a certificate or diploma from an accredited HVAC trade school. They must demonstrate a high level of knowledge of chillers, boilers, vibration and oil analysis.
