Title: SR FINANCE ANALYST CS&L Description: Sr Finance Analyst CS&L
Sr. Finance Analyst Customer Service & Logistic - Responsible for the results of CS&L COGs in the BU. This role summarizes all the information collected from SCH LA, Procurement, COMEX and GBS to give visibility and guide the decisions of the PACIFIC Leadership Team. This position is responsible of shaping the CS&L COGs line in the P&L of the BU, so it has to influence in the processes and decisions made by other areas that affect directly the results of PACIFIC. It has to be in constant look out of changes, impacts and benefits and has to translate that information into data and ammounts to give timely and accurate visibility to the CEO and CFO of PACIFIC.
HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
-Forecasting and Analysis: Accuracy in forecasting and ability to get important analysis done in a fast but accurate way to drive the financial and comercial decisions of the BU.
- Cross Functional Leadership : Constantly partner with finance managers to elaborate budget, estimates and visibilities.
-Partner with Procurement, COMEX, GBS and CS&L teams to search solutions and different ways to control and allocate the distribution expense, making scenarios and evaluating the financial benefits of changing current processes.
- Strategic mindset while working in the details.
- Define CS&L budget taking in consideration the Business strategies, Procurement inflation visibility and CS&L Operations plans.
- Define CS&L COGs assumptions for P&Ls
- Reporting - fill out reports and formats to present the results and construct bridges to explain the main impacts / benefits.
- Effective communication with other BUs around the globe and Financial teams to identify possible savings and challenge allocations of expenses and ultimately to understand the cost variations
- Actively support in the construction of budget.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business-Related
3 years of previous experience in Finance Planning and Analysis
3 years of previous experience in cost analysis.
Skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Customer service skills
This position requires COGs experience, must understand Finished Product cost construction and must have experience handeling CS&L costs.
Preferred logistics or distribution knowledge.
