The role: Taking the wheel at Hertz
We're looking for a Systems Analyst with an expertise in defining cloud-based business application requirements and configuration. You'll work closely with our business partners, product managers, and enterprise architects to transform the way we build our software using new technologies. You will be collaborating with customers and colleagues on cross-functional and product teams.
Responsibilities include:

• 
  Perform process analysis with business partners to create detailed requirements for device configuration
  
  
• 
  Understands the overall requirements and solution design across multiple project work streams including the end to end view of system changes
  
  
• 
  Analyze data quality issues, such as uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, and consistency and implement resolution
  
  
• 
  Develop and enforce methods and validation mechanisms for ensuring integration quality and accuracy at the point of entry
  
  
• 
  Coordinate project tasks with the vendors, business leads, stakeholders and business partners
  
  
• 
  Coordinate with the test team to evaluate coding changes and application configurations to ensure they meet business requirements
  
  
• 
  Work closely with product teams to prevent and resolve issues by ensuring requirements processes are seamless, straightforward, and properly executed
  
  
• 
  Understand system dependencies and integration points for the application ecosystems
  
  
• 
  Create documentation, including technical specification and release notes
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with Operations Leaders, Program Directors, and Vendors, to problem solve, and exchange information
  
  
  Role Requirements:

    Requirements Gathering & Management Analysis: SWOT analysis, blueprints, research and information analysis, mind mapping, business process Modelling Tools (Visio or equivalent)
    
    
  • 
    Excellent problem solving and analytical skills and ability to perform gap analysis
    
    
  • 
    Excellent communication and organization skills, including the ability to communicate with internal and external customers at all levels
    
    
  • 
    Open-minded and approachable to ensure a constructive approach to problem solving. Actively explore solutions - reducing barriers, costs and time
    
    
  • 
    Strong technical writing skills.
    
    
    Your skills: What you'll need for a great journey
    
    • 
      
    • 
      3 to 5 years of relevant experience in technical support position or equivalent work experience.
      
      
    • 
      Experience in analyzing and interpreting on operational data to identify and act on root causes of suboptimal performance
      
      
    • 
      Proven experience with requirements gathering and creating technical specifications
      
      
    • 
      Understands web services and other technologies that can be used to transport data in an enterprise environment
      
      
    • 
      Experience with Web Services APIs - SOAP and REST-based Web Service APIs, the Bulk API, and the Metadata API
      
      
    • 
      Experience in Payment processing standards and technologies
      
      
    • 
      Experience in POS systems and technologies
      
      
      We expect the starting salary to be around $68,000 with profit sharing eligibility. The actual salary will be determined based on years of relevant work experience
