This position will oversee the AL or MS area.
The Opportunity:
The IT Business Process Analyst will manage development and maintenance activities for the application systems that are the responsibility of the IT Department. Organizes the function in order to maintain an appropriate level of control necessary to ensure that the employees and contractors are adequately prepared, motivated and productive in their assigned tasks. Maintains continuing contact with top leaders of the business functions to understand their strategic and tactical requirements and thereby direct the priority setting and project definition of assigned group. Responsibilities
May include;
--- Provide system training on group and individual basis.--- Lead projects or cross-functional teams on improving and documenting system processes.--- Interact with stakeholders on matters often requiring coordination between organizations.--- Serve as primary contact between installed user base and system developer.--- Guide the successful completion of major programs and will function in a project leadership role.--- Evaluate, support development and oversee change control for the EAM computer systems and environments.--- Manage projects and budgets, provides timelines, oversees implementation and is accountable for timely deliverables.--- Represent the organization as the prime contact on contracts and projects.--- Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment.--- Troubleshoot file transfer issues in co-ordination with other support teams in a timely and efficient manner.--- Monitor accounting systems in order to identify and resolve issues.--- Prepare and analyze monthly continuous improvement activity monitoring reports to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.--- Monitor month-end Accounting close tasks and reconciliation status. --- Provide triage for technical issues and support for business data issues. Monitors these activities in order to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.--- Perform financial system configuration and maintenance.--- Maintain financial system configuration documentation.--- Perform financial systems project management as assigned.--- Develop and execute "what-if" simulation models and produce results analysis for decision makers.--- Understand and calculate the impact of projects and business processes on the organization. --- Track and report project progress, successes and failures.
Qualifications
Nature & Scope:


  • Works within well-defined instructions.

    Knowledge & Skills:

    • Solid mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills.
    • Excellent technical writing skills and fine attention to details, to include composition, grammar, punctuation and spelling.
    • Successful execution of problem solving and thinking analytically.

      Demonstrated proficiency in analyzing and documenting complex business processes.
      Experience:

      • 1-2 years

        Education:

        • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience

          • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.

            Min- Mid Pay Grade:
            $61,000.00 - $73,600.00
