LSG Sky Chefs now has immediate openings for Food Production Team Members for our two Off-Site restaurant locations!Team Members will assist in the production and distribution of food in the kitchen. Team Members will work in a fast-paced environment where they will need to store, prepare, and process food according to specific recipes and instructions.

  Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Follow recipes and make food according to a step-by-step process.
  • Store food, maintain supplies, and mix ingredients as needed.
  • Use ovens, fryers, and other equipment to prepare the meals.
  • Wash and sanitize dishes and other kitchen equipment.
  • Keep track of and follow all food safety regulations.
  • Keep the kitchen clean and organized.
  • Take directions from the team leader and listen to all instructions and constructive criticism.
  • Interact with other team members respectfully and courteously.
    Qualifications:
    • Desire to learn more in the food industry.
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on multiple tasks at a time.
    • Detail-oriented and possess problem-solving skills.
    • Able to read and comprehend recipes and pictures for the food being prepared.
    • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, and lift up to 20 pounds
