Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Denver, CO.

General Description of the Engagement:
We are recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst (BA) or Senior Technical Writer who will be leading our process analysis, development, and documentation for our Vendor Management Program initiative.

The successful candidate needs to become familiar with the Company's Technology Vendor Management (TVM) Program, its goals, and the various agency needs as it relates to TVM; TVM program goals include:

• Provide appropriate and consistent performance, reliability, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected information, technology, and critical technology infrastructure
  
• Provide for the governance and deliberative process for unified and continuous review and approval of all technology purchases
  
• Provide an environment that produces an appropriate technology return on investment (ROI) for the company through fiscal stewardship and risk mitigation
  
• Reporting to the Principal Technology Architect, the successful candidate will develop standards documents and templates that will be used to launch the program
  
  
  Expected Responsibilities:
  
  • Gain an understanding of the TVM Program requirements
    
  • Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for greatest reader comprehension
    
  • Research and compose user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience, turning insights into language for user success
    
  • Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions
    
  • Analyze information required for the development or update of policy, procedure, and form documentation
    
  • Review and/or copyedit content developed by other members of the team
    
  • Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards
    
  • Develop and maintain detailed database of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications
