Job Duties and Responsibilities:
This position's primary focus is on support of Dish's network Apple
laptops and desktops while having a solid background in supporting
their mobile devices.IT Technicians are responsible for handling
tier 2 and higher problems including expert level troubleshooting
and analysis methods. Each technician is an expert in their field
and is responsible for research and development of solutions to new
or old issues. Knows and applies the fundamental concepts,
practices, and procedures related to computer hardware support in
an enterprise environment.Responsible for assisting with management
and administration of all Apple hardware software packages/scripts,
testing software or hardware for quality assurance, deploying
changerequests, solving production user/system issues and
supporting other IT Departments or newuse cases.Defines problem
areas on various teams, departments, or enterprise levels and
recommends changes needed to increase productivity and efficiency
through hardware and softwareassessments.Proactively monitor,
maintain, and tune systems (through automation where possible) in
aneffort to provide maximum uptimeWorks closely with executives to
resolve trouble reports with laptops, monitors, docking stations,
conference rooms, passwords, and others as needed.Provides
training, mentoring, and documentation to all support departments
throughout theenterprise on Apple systems best practices and
functionality; serves as top tier escalation POCfor all
environmental or end user related issues.Analyze current processes
and procedures in order to maintain them or make recommendations to
promote effective operations within and between departments; assist
in defining, improving, and documenting those processes.Creation of
both written and verbal communication that includes: e-mail,
procedural documents,processes, reports and presentations to a
variety of audiences.Strong customer service skills; friendly,
approachable and motivated with a strong work ethic and good
customer service skills; a team player who has the ability to work
effectively with all levels of company personnelKnowledge of
current MacOSX, Windows 10, Google G-Suite, Windows Active
Directory, iOS, Android, MS Office
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
2+ years experience with Advanced Apple Support2+ years of
experience with command line scripting2 plus years related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education
and experience.Strong analytical, problem solving, and project
management skills.Entry to mid-level knowledge of Apple macOS
software, hardware and MDM tools, including: WorkSpaceOne,Excellent
written and verbal communication skills including presentation and
interpersonal skills;with emphasis on a strong customer service
focused personality.Ability to effectively respond to and interact
with all levels of organizational staff within the ITdepartment and
across the organization.Ability to effectively respond to and

guideline. Individual totalcompensationwill vary based on factors
such as qualifications, skill level, and
competencies;compensationis based on the role's location and is
subject to change based on work location.Candidates need to

Salary Range:
USD $49700.00 - $71000.00 / Year
