Position Summary
The Senior Financial Planning & Anlaysis Analyst cultivates a
strong understanding of the Water Solutions business segment. As
part of the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, this
role creats and analyzes budgets, conducts variance analysis and
forecasts financial information. The Senior Financial Planning &
Anlaysis Analyst produces consolidated reports and presentations,
and delivers indepth analysis on operating results. Adept at
working with senior management, this provides the financial
insights which help decision-makers anticipate trends, address
issues, and maximize profitability.
General Duties and Responsibilities
Perform budgeting, planning, and forecasting functions; prepare
monthly budgeting and forecasting data and variance analysis for
G&A, Operations, Capital and other key metrics.
Collaborate with the Operations and Capital Project teams to
monitor and update corporate metrics to reflect financial
performance.
Create financial and operating models.
Monitor and report on capital projects, analyze return on capital
investments.
Review data trends and results to identify potential issues,
opportunities, and solutions for the business.
Prepare analysis and economic evaluations for senior management and
other departments as requested.
Liaison across a variety of teams, such as Accounting, Business
Administration, Operations, and Human Resources to drive
forecasting, financial control and financial reporting.
Develop mechanisms to streamline procedures and improve processes
within the job function.
Practice discretion and adhere to confidentiality requirements of
sensitive financial information.
Other duties as assigned.
Regular attendance at the worksite is required.
Position Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong business acumen with ability to learn Water Solutions
business operations quickly.
Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and understanding
of economic, financial and accounting concepts.
Ability to create financial models, budgets, forecasts, and
reports.
Ability to structure logical analytical approaches and to apply a
range of quantitative techniques to solve business problems in an
efficient, timely manner.
Ability to probe for answers and solve problems.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with ability to
work with an executive audience.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage and maintain confidentiality of sensitive
financial information.
Ability to be flexible, multitask, and prioritize work within the
time constraints of a deadline-driver function along with ability
to maintain stability under pressure and a willing to modify plans
as necessary.
Willingness to own your work and seek coaching where needed.
Ability to use MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Exchange) with
advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Ability to use large-scale accounting systems to extract,
interpret, and manipulate data for analysis.
Ability to be a positive representative of the Company both
internally and externally at all time.
Ability to work with respect and cooperation with fellow employees,
customers, and business associates.
Must be committed to working safely at all times.
Experience/Education:
Bachelor's Degree and above, preferably in a relevant field of
study (finance, economics, accounting, etc.).
1-3 years of experience with data analysis and financial
reporting.
Financial accounting, management accounting, financial analysis,
financial modeling, planning, forecasting and/or management
reporting experience preferred.
Experience with Oracle Cloud reporting or other SAP system is a
plus.
Travel:
Negligible travel required.

Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00%7573215%
