• Own the development of all construction project schedules and hold Superintendents accountable for following project schedules
• Responsible for the procurement of subcontractors and developing scopes of work for assigned construction projects
• Own the management of project costs through project management platform and invoicing by developing a relationship with accountingDesired Skills And Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree (Architectural, Engineering, Construction Management, and/or business preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in managing commercial projects ($10M+)
