We are DISH.Job Duties and Responsibilities:At DISH, you will go beyond the numbers to understand the drivers of the business and help communicate results and outcomes to the CFO. You will work closely with a variety of operational groups throughout the organization in developing the annual corporate budget, performing monthly/quarterly variance analysis, and supporting the consolidation of the financials. You will build and maintain financial models to ensure accuracy and understanding. You will bring your curiosity, detail-oriented nature, and understanding of Accounting and Finance principles to work everyday. You will help fulfill the DISH mission: To change the way the world communicates.Responsibilities:Design and manage multiple models to track financial progress, identify trends, and inform forecasts and budgets for the futureDevelop financial reports to monitor key metrics and seek out areas of concern and/or opportunityAnalyze and interpret financial data and communicate explanations and recommendations to company leadershipDevelop and maintain strong partnerships with operating groups throughout the company to deliver on the annual budget and to track budget variances#LI-EC2Skills, Experience and Requirements:Required skills/experience:Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with knowledge of financial reporting systems a plus (e.g., Hyperion, Onestream)Proficient in Google Suite - primarily Sheets and SlidesExcellent teamwork skills with ability to establish productive working relationships with other departments and personnelWell-developed oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex concepts into understandable and easy-to-follow presentation materialsUnderstand the basic functions of Accounting and FinanceAbility to define problems, seek and collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsA positive attitude; willingness to go the extra mile; thoughtfulness in asking questions; ability to get along with othersBenefits:From versatile health perks to new career opportunities, check out our benefits on our careers website.Employment is contingent on Successful completion of a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test.Salary Range: USD $57400.00 - $87500.00 / Year
