KRATOS is expanding and looking for individuals with the ambition to grow with us!The Estimator/Inside Sales position at Kratos will contribute to further customer development for the Kratos Power and Controls business units by quoting, selling, and processing orders. Our goal is manufacture UL power and control panels for OEM types of customers. High volume (10+ unit) customers and other factors to support business growth.Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop customer relationships and close orders which fit the desire of the company
• Ability to perform hands on work on the product for training purposes and development of standard work
• Work in a sales capacity to solve customers' problems and develop solutions as needed
• Manage Engineer projects as needed from time to time, including entering orders, issuing purchase orders, coordinating change orders with customers, and shipping
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities for follow-up and constant contactQualifications:
  • 3+ years of electrical and manufacturing experience - can come from a combination of hands on or end user experience, sales, etc.
  • Associates Degree or equivalent amount of years' experienceEducation Requirements:
    • High School Diploma or equivalentDesired Skills:
      • Ability to communicate clearly, both written & verbally
      • Proficient in MS Office Suite
      • Electrical & Fabrication experience a plus
      • Physical Requirements:
        • Must be able to sit for long periods or your time
