About You

    • in the first month you'll attend sales academy led by our L&D team; learn about recruitment, sales, cold-calling, pitching, candidate control, etc
    • identify, network and sell to potential candidates /job seekers
    • research, identify and sell to potential clients - this involves a lot of cold calling on daily basis
    • schedule and attend client meetings to generate new business (mainly on Teams)
    • develop and maintain candidates and client relationships
