We are looking for an dedicated individual to join our team as Shuttle Driver. Shuttle Driver Hours 9:00am to 5:00pm or until finished Starting pay is $26.00/hour Come Join our Team Today E.A. Sween is an Equal Opportunity Employer --- Minority/Female/Veteran/Disability Role Summary: The Shuttle Driver safely verifies, loads (if required) and delivers product to the facility from local vendors and unloads product for staging in designated area of the facility. May also be responsible for servicing delivery trucks for PM and re-fueling delivery trucks daily. Responsible for working in the warehouse to set up and load, and pick product, when necessary. Also responsible for following all DOT, HACCP, and FCSMA regulations. Essential Competencies of Role: Accurately pick up and deliver fresh food, fruit, doughnuts, and sandwiches from vendors to the facility on-time and within delivery-specific windows. Driver will be responsible for making multiple trips throughout their shift to and from various vendors. Driver may also be responsible for unloading products for staging in designated area of the facility Ensure products are within proper HACCP guidelines at all times Drive safely, data entry of accurate OBC (on board computer) delivery information and DOT logs Good housekeeping practices including maintaining a clean truck by sanitizing and keeping all areas free of trash, dirt, and debris. Provide excellent customer service while working with various vendors to ensure proper delivery, placement, and delivery of product. Complete all safety-related training, including but not limited to monthly and quarterly online training Assist in picking of product, staging, and loading of product within the warehouse, when necessary, and as needed. Drop off and pick up repaired vehicles from repair shop. Deliver and pick up special orders for customer when necessary. Complete pre and post trip truck inspection and operate within the safe driving protocols Required Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age; have and maintain a valid driver---s license for the state living in; must be able to pass a DOT physical and maintain active status on DOT Medical Card, pre-employment drug screen and background verification. Clean MVR, consistent with our Safe Driving Program Must be able to operate hand held tablet (if applicable), cell phone, and manual and electric pallet jack (where applicable) Must be able to read, write, and speak basic English.
