Senior Mobile Operations Analyst

This position that is responsible for analyzing complex Spectrum
Mobile operations and recommending solutions to align business
functions with organizational goals. This role requires thorough
understanding of the mobile organization structure, policies, and
operations. Recommend solutions to improve mobile operations and
the customer experience. This position will work cross-functionally
several business units or functions.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and
enhance the mobile customer experience.
Compile, analyze, interpret, and present complex data related to
current and future operation.
Create business intelligence reports, charts, graphs and
presentations to aid in proposing strategies for successful
business changes related to updated policies, business rules,
services, and features.
Monitor the mobile operations KPIs across the LBGUPS customer
touchpoints and redefine over time based on the needs of the
Review and evaluate operational, financial performance, and trends
to determine recommended changes.
Identify break/fix opportunities throughout all customer
touchpoints to maximize operational efficiency.
Work with business stakeholders analyze business operations and
recommend solutions to align individual business functions with

Develop project estimates by identifying phases and elements,

The pay for this position has a salary range of $76,800.00 to
$135,800.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide
range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience
and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional
forms of compensation such as bonuses.Required
