400 associates. We are the team behind the scenes of America's home
kitchens, producing 15,000 cases of fresh product every day from
kebabs to stuffed jalapenos that we deliver to top retail stores

leaders who can help guide our growth strategy and develop our
teams.Position OverviewOversee the day to day operations for a
defined team(s) within production, carry through strategic vision,
direction and business performance for CMM. This includes
achievement of key operational metrics. Meet standards to achieve
and maintain customer satisfaction. Oversee the retention and
development of the defined production team(s).Major Tasks,
Responsibilities and Key AccountabilityDrives innovative and
integrated operations initiatives in partnership with the CMM
Management and other members of the CMM team.Supervises, directs
and coordinates activities of production team members involved in
the food manufacturing of CMM Products.Builds and posts schedules
weekly to the forecasted hours and ensures hours worked are within
budget.Maintain daily production boards including productivity,
issues and enhancements.Allot the manpower accordingly with
efficiency of completing the work on time.Drive and support
continual improvement processes.Is vigilant in forecasting the risk
problems before commencing the work.Ensures a safe and clean work
environment following all company implemented safety
standards.Follows plans to ensure CMM production team is
consistently staffed with top talent. Builds a strong internal
partnership to meet staffing needs.Manages the product to ensure
that the ingredients kept are at the appropriate temperature.
Immediately acts and communicates any temperature fall below set
standards.Acts as an active leader and identifies, outlines and
drives process excellence throughout production facility; develops
and implements performance metrics and goals to assess individual
and team performance levels, shares and utilizes proven best
practices.Regularly monitors performance to identify and respond to
deficiencies that impact customer service, satisfaction and
quality. Actively develops top performers and utilizes established
performance management guidelines to address performance
issues.Reporting and coordinating the repair and routine
maintenance of production equipment.Train and coach associates
engaged in CMM operations for future career advancement. In
addition, ensure associates are trained and adhering to all
department and company policies.Assists in development of training
materials, data sets to support department functions. Trains new
and existing associates on proper processes and procedures.Perform
work procedures using Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP to
ensure food safety.Adheres to all safe quality food (SQF)
requirements and standards in CMM. Including the proper handling of
all produce according to SQF standards.Performs other duties as
assigned.
Requirements:
EducationTypically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
Generally, 2-5 years of experience in a related field;
certification is required in some areas OR MS/MA and generally 2-4
years of experience in a related field preferably in the food
manufacturing industry.Preferred QualificationsHighly motivated,
hands-on, results driven, forward thinking professional who can
thrive in a team-oriented environmentExcellent written and verbal
communication skills are necessary. Bi-lingual (reading, writing
and speaking) English and SpanishAble to work under pressure in a
very fast paced environmentWork HoursMust be able to work on a
rotating schedule (days and / or nights)Environment / Physical Job
RequirementsTeam members prepare meals in a refrigerated
environment (36--F). Candidates may be required to travel, although
it would account for 10% of their hours at the very most. Physical

stand for an extended period of timeAbility to bend, reach, push,
pull, squat, turn, and walkCompensation / BenefitsWe offer a
competitive salary based on experience. This is an exempt position
with a range starting at $75,000 a year with the opportunity to
increase pay based on performance. We offer Medical, Dental,
