Our fast-paced and growing company is looking for the right person
to fill an integral position within the ProCraft Mechanical
Are you an accomplished Service Coordinator who is motivated,
reliable, and a self-starter? Are you a problem solver who always

part-time / full-time role within the ProCraft Mechanical Team.
Job Summary: - Responsible for processes and procedures relating to
coordination, dispatching and planning of daily / weekly service
Essential Job Functions:
Answer Service Department phone line to address customer needs.
Create work orders and schedule service calls by assigning
appropriate technician to project. Service calls may include:
-mechanical equipment startups and warranty for construction,
preventative maintenance contracts, and billable service calls to
commercial and residential customers.
Manage work load distribution by evaluating project timelines,
emergency requirements, and technician locations to create optimal
Manage work orders through to completion including documentation of
work performed, any remaining work or details and review of
Participate in After-Hours On-Call rotation.
Ordering/Purchasing materials for jobs and technicians.
Help complete estimates: gather project information from
technicians, draft and track proposals, procure job contract.
Create weekly service reports for Service Management Team.
Assist with customer management of accounts.
Demonstrate professional customer service skills and a positive
Ensure all service work meets or exceeds the customers' performance
Assist with all project coordination including technician
information, material procurement and schedules.
Our ideal candidate possesses these skills:
- - - - - - - - -Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple and
- - - - - - - - -Basic understanding of mechanical construction
service. Plumbing and HVAC Service experience preferred.
- - - - - - - - -Microsoft Office, Excel and business software
- - - - - - - - -Positive and professional attitude with strong
external and internal customer service skills.
Minimum of two, or more, years of service dispatch experience
preferably in the construction or the mechanical industry.
