It all begins with you.The Chief Operating Office (COO) is responsible for delivering a more consistent approach to business operations across Wells Fargo, strengthening the company---s risk and control infrastructure, and delivering effective and efficient enterprise services to employees and customers.The COO group includes the head of Operations, who is jointly responsible for line of business operations with each of the five LOB CEOs. Operations functions include contact center operations, client servicing support, money movements within our businesses, lending operations, and other functions.The COO group also includes a number of teams dedicated to strengthening Wells Fargo---s risk and control infrastructure. These include the Control Executive team; Regulatory and Policy Affairs; Enterprise Customer Excellence; Sales Practices Oversight and Management; and Strategic Execution and Operations.The Chief Administrative Office, encompassing the Corporate Properties Group; Corporate Security; Enterprise Business Resiliency; Strategic Programs and Process Improvement; Enterprise Change Management; Supply Chain Management; and Data Management and Insights, delivers important services for our employees and customers.Corporate Properties (CPG)Corporate Properties is made up of a talented team of professionals who manage one of the largest corporate real estate portfolios in the world. The Corporate Properties team manages more than 7,400 locations in 31 countries covering more than 75 million square feet of managed space. Corporate Properties manages real estate as a unified, scalable function while maintaining a strong risk culture to deliver on Wells Fargo---s effectiveness, efficiency, experience and resiliency goals.The Position: This role will lead ongoing business management activities for Corporate Properties. The successful candidate will work closely with leaders across Corporate Properties & the enterprise and must be skilled at working collaboratively to negotiate, influence, prioritize and meet business objectives.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Ongoing leadership of the CPG Business Unit Review (BUR). Independently manage and advance the bi-monthly BUR working directly with Head of Corporate Properties and CPG leadership
  • Collaborate with Business Management leadership in other CAO & COO functions
  • Develop executive presentation material on behalf of CPG, including Real Estate Portfolio and financial summaries
  • Coordinate the development of annual objectives & business priorities for CPG and proactively monitor performance against targets
  • Provide oversight and leadership on CPG Operational Metrics & performance against KPIs
  • Manage CPG activities related to the Enterprise Expense Initiative (EI); including managing the EI initiative pipeline for CPG and completion of EI deliverables
  • Utilize thorough knowledge of Corporate Real Estate or other enterprise support function to support and drive strategic initiatives for the businessThe ideal candidate will:
    • Have strong relationship management, influencing, vision, and execution skills
    • Be comfortable leading high profile initiatives and deliverables; often with ambiguous or undefined scope and shifting timelines
    • Partner effectively across CPG---s functional areas and with enterprise partners to successfully manage CPG---s business management activities
    • Develop metrics and track/evaluate performance of programs, services and initiativesRequired Qualifications
      • 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planningDesired Qualifications
        • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
        • Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
        • Knowledge and understanding of analytical methods used to: measure and communicate key performance metrics (KPIs)
        • Knowledge and understanding of real estate industryOther Desired Qualifications
          • Prior experience in a business management, business support or chief of staff role
          • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead, present, and obtain buy in from large stakeholder groups spanning staff through senior and executive management
          • Experience managing real estate service delivery processes
          • Experience defining operational metrics, KPIs, and OKRs
