Key Responsibilities The ServiceNow Business Analyst will be a key member of the Infrastructure Process Team, supporting the ServiceNow platform and associated processes. You will be working directly technology and business stakeholders to capture requirements to implement or improve process. The analyst will partner with development resources to develop a solution and complete testing on development work. They will also provide support to end users by carrying out minor administrative tasks, training users on new functionality, and communicating updates to end users. Experience with the following ServiceNow areas is preferred IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Service Portal, Now Intelligence and Security Operations. Work directly with the technology and business stakeholders to define, analyze, and document requirements for new ServiceNow processes or enhancements to current processes. Work directly with the ServiceNow development team to select the most effective solution for defined requirements. Create and execute test scripts and plans to support development efforts. Coordinate UAT testing efforts. Partner with technology teams on integration projects between systems and ServiceNow. Develop training material and processsystem support documentation. Manage enhancement work queue in ServiceNow and provide regular status updates. Assist in lower level admin tasks as assigned. Qualifications 4+ years of experience of eliciting requirements and designing business processes Experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Problem, Service Portal) and ITOM (Discovery, Event, Service Mapping) Experience creating workflows and incorporating automation.
