About the Role We are looking for talented nail professionals with a passion for people and providing great looking nails to join our team where we specialize in regular, gel, shellac and Polygel manicures and pedicures. Bring your creativity and personal brand to Fingers and Toes! Current Colorado nail technician or cosmo license; Advise treatments and services based on customer needs; Provide outstanding manicures and pedicures; Prep and polish nails with precision for a long-lasting service experience; Promoting and selling nail and skincare products. Beyond the Mani and Pedi Chair Communicate respectfully with other members of the salon team to provide a seamless customer experience; Adhere to the highest standards of sanitation, which includes cleaning and sanitizing tools and equipment to follow DORA guidelines; Market and work to build their business; Enjoy a team environment and frequent interaction with their co-workers; Be customer-service oriented and friendly; Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Be organized and tidy; Be able to multi-task; Be flexible and cooperative; Have a high energy level and positive attitude; Be well-groomed and professional-looking at all times; Be prompt and possess a good sense of time; Must speak English. Additional Details We are open T-Sun from 10 am 6 pm, weekend shifts are required, pick your weekdays; 100% commission structure - make as much as you want! Full-time nail technicians can exceed $55,000 in commissions + tips High-income location, great tipping clients High-paying location with 3, 4 and 5-day schedules available Health, dental and vision insurance available All tools and supplies provided Please apply for consideration.
