We have an awesome opportunity for you in Englewood.This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Service Continuity Analyst:

• Support business systems and application analysis
• Evaluate, analysis, and document requirements; translate into system specifications and configuration
• Help to define and document technology solutions to support future business needs
• Observe product performance; track and report data related to performance
• Coordinate real-time response to major incidents from identification through resolution Requirements of the Service Continuity Analyst:
  • At least 2 years of business continuity planning/testing/analysis experience
  • Familiarity with both mobile network operators and cloud technology (AWS)
  • Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables and business analytics tools: Power BI or Tableau; incident response tools: Pagerduty or Opsgenie
  • Motivated self-starter; ability to multitask and prioritize concurrent assignments
  • Comfortable dealing with data, including financials and critical IT metrics
  • Knowledge of APIs
