Renewal by Andersen (RbA) is the exclusivestart-to-finish window and patio door replacement division of AndersenCorporation, the most recognized window name in the United States. Renewal byAndersen currently has an opening in the Denver office for Customer Relations(Inside Sales). Essential Functions:* Partner with assignedsales reps and serve as point of contact (POC) post-sale for all customers* Keep continuouscommunications with assigned customers to ensure that all questions andconcerns about their project are addressed and satisfied, to include serviceimmediately post-install* Contact customers aftersale to confirm best times and methods of contact and answer any immediatequestions or concerns that they may have.* Close out projects withcustomers upon completion of their project to collect feedback for recognitionor improvement* Based on this feedback,pass on customer information as needed to other departments involved and followup accordingly on the customer's behalf* Solicit referralbusiness from past customers using, but not limited to, the following methods,closeout calls, survey results, online reviews, etc. via phone conversations andemail* Cancel out any jobsrequesting termination of their contract. Administer the change in the systemand email the customer and the sales rep to inform of the cancellation. Requesta refund if needed from accounting.* Contract Amendments:prepare the amendment to be emailed to the customer through forimmediate signature to allow for ordering of the products. Verify the financinghas been secured for any additions to the project and make sure system reflectsthe funding source accurately. Notify Accounting of any change to the depositamounts to allow for proper deposit amounts to cover project total. Notifyorder processors when amendments are received.* Rebate and tax lettersprovided upon request to customers.* Adjust backend contractamounts per management and accounting requests.* Attend RTO meeting toprovide updates on various customers regarding signing of amendments, missingdeposits or any other pertinent information to get jobs ordered at a weeklymeeting.* Create a weekly list ofoutstanding items to request from reps and installation managers. This includesoutstanding amendments, trouble with getting tech measures scheduled. Providefeedback to sales and production management as necessary. Job Requirements Minimum Education and Experience:* BA/BS degree orequivalent years of job experience is required, a degree with an emphasis inCustomer Relations/Business Management, is preferred* Experience in a salesenvironment with a background in securing repeat/referral business* Experience in a salesenvironment and ability to multitask and stay organized* Must be fluent withword, excel, email, PCS, iPad functions and any other basic computer functions* Must be willing to jumpin and assist where ever is needed and maintain a positive outlook to constantlyinspire the sales force* Two to three years ofexperience managing customer relations and/or the ability to demonstrate theability to meet established KSAs (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) Knowledge, Skills andAbilities:* Strong sales backgroundwith the proven ability to build rapport* Excellent oral andwritten communication skills* Solid organizationalskills to follow through with customers to resolution* Proven ability todeescalate customer issues/concerns while building brand value* Strong interpersonalskills including the ability to listen* Flexibility anddemonstrated ability to adapt well in a changing environment* Ability to work with asense of urgency to complete responsibilities timely* Strong communicationsskills in one on one and small group interactions* Ability to buildrelationships and trust at all levels of the organization, strong interpersonalskills* Ability to findresolution, deliver difficult feedback and advise management* Ability to takeinitiative, be resourceful and deal with changing timelines with minimaldirection* Self-starter withability to problem solve and manage multiple projects simultaneously* Confidentiality,diplomacy and a high degree of professionalism is required
