Description:Provide systems engineering (SE) support for requirements definition and analysis, systems design, operational concept development for the C2 Ground. Will perform role as systems engineer as tasked by Lead Systems Engineer. Will participate in requirements activities for program delivery events. Position requires that candidate have good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Experience with the DOORS requirement management and traceability tool is preferred. Candidate should be able to function in a dynamic team environment. Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Position will require writing of technical documentation (operations and maintenance manuals, user---s manuals) and classroom/over-the shoulder training of user personnel. Applicants selected will be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Basic Qualifications:-Self-starter-Ability to work independently-Experience analyzing designing and documenting capabilities of software and hardware systems -Experience evaluating hardware drawings-Experience with Requirement development/base lining-Excellent written and verbal communication skills-Experience writing requirements and technical procedures-Strong interpersonal skills-Ability to work with team-members in multiple disciplines-Ability to work on multiple projects and self-manage tasking-Problem solving skills-Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering -Background in Reliability, Maintainability, and AvailabilityDesired Skills:Interest in Video editing using commercial software productsInterest in Virtual Reality training applications
