Job DescriptionWe are seeking a bilingual, (Spanish & English) full-time Project Coordinator and Accounting Assistant to join our team! You will coordinate all aspects of front office operations, report to the owner, and are responsible for providing administrative support to all areas of the business and responding to all prospect and client inquiries. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. You will have the ability to be a part of a wide variety of projects, as such attention to detail is critical. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high-quality standards.Project Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives before project beings
  • Act as the point of contact between Project Manager and Client and communicate project status to all participants and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
  • Set up scopes for upcoming jobs. Get deposits and colorsAccounting Responsibilities:
    • Input new customer information into QBO
    • Help prepare budgets
    • Enter Bills and Expenses
    • Monthly Accounts ReconciliationAdministrative Responsibilities:
      • Greet and assist onsite guests
      • Answer phones, screen calls, and vendors distribute messages
      • Respond and follow thru on emails
      • Perform all other office tasks
      • Assist in setting up and organizing filing system, office, and office proceduresQualifications:
        • A college degree in a relevant degree preferred but not required
        • Previous experience in office administration or another related field
        • Proficiency in Quickbooks and other CRM and Project Management Software
        • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
        • Special consideration will be given to bilingual people (Spanish, English)
        • Strong attention to detail
        • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
        • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
        • Working knowledge of technology and software (Google Suite, Windows, etc) and/or a strong desire to learn
