This position will be a key component to all scale operations and the success of our wheat & corn harvest season! • Weigh and grade grain in all inbound and outbound trucks using computer and manual tools for measurement.
• Provide a high level of customer service by addressing customers in a prompt, efficient and courteous manner.
• Answer telephone promptly and direct calls as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Assist other personnel as needed.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.Minimum Qualifications (required)
  
  • 0-6+ months of Operations, Business Operations and/or Customer ServiceAdditional Qualifications
    
    • High school diploma or GED preferred
    • General data entry and computer skills
    • Ability to work longer days, weekends, and/or holidays during peak seasons
