Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary scheduling contact for customers and management of service
delivery processes at casino sites
Utilization of call management and scheduling tools to manage field
resources and game transportation
Management of sales and ERP databases, handling escalations and
exceptions, and ensuring service commitments are met
Required Qualifications:
Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple
projects
Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment and able to
adapt to changing priorities
Strong customer interface skills and the ability to work with
cross-functional groups
Ability to work independently, be team-oriented, and possess strong
communication skills
Position is remote eligible for highly qualified candidates
