POSITION SUMMARY
As our IT Systems Support Specialist, you will be the first line of
support for desktop support requests in the Denver office and, at
times, enterprise wide. You will work with the rest of the IT Team
to provide outstanding customer service to the company. This
includes technical support for Alterra Mountain Company's employees
including installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop
software and hardware for personal computing devices. This position
will serve as an interface between corporate team members and the
technology department. Additionally, you will have extensive
interaction with Alterra Mountain Company's executive leadership
team and be a first responder to Audio/Video issues that occur in
the Denver office conference rooms.

The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of
the Alterra Mtn Co Shared Services Inc. hourly pay range for this
position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range
based on various factors including but not limited to experience,
education, training, location, merit system, quantity or quality of
production, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel.
The range listed is just one component of Alterra Mtn Co Shared
Services Inc.'s total compensation package for employees. Other
rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives and many
region-specific benefits.
Denver area base hourly pay range: $24.04 to $33.65 per hour.
