Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Marriage and Family Therapist LMFT Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervising other marriage and family therapists
Evaluating mental health diagnoses, creating treatment plans, and maintaining documentation
Providing excellent customer service, collaborating with the team, and utilizing creativity in interventions

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field
Massachusetts clinical licensure (LMFT)
Experience in diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and insurance billing
Proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems
