Job Description:

A company is looking for a New Business Underwriting Personal History Interviewer.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct phone interviews with clients to gather underwriting information
Respond to status inquiries about the new business pipeline
Promote first call resolution and exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer or financial services experience
2+ years in a customer service position with direct customer interaction
Life and Health Insurance experience highly preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
