CUSOs provide financial services to credit union members such as investment and insurance services. CUSOs also provide operational services to credit unions for lending support services and compliance services.SUMMARYThis Consumer Loan Title Processor will be responsible for accurately filing title paperwork in a timely manner with different agencies throughout the United States. The Consumer Loan Title Processor will interact with members, car dealerships, vendors, S3 and credit union partners while assisting with and reviewing title paperwork, perfecting liens, paying drafts, releasing titles and resolutions. This position will also be responsible for processing paid in full reports, rejections, incoming loan packages; incoming perfected titles and completed title documents on a daily basis.S3 has a commitment to excellence and the highest standards of member service. Our values and beliefs are critical to the success and growth of the business and they were all created with a unique cultural foundation.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReview all assigned Title applications submitted to ensure completion of all required dataReview all dealer documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to funding any new loans/letters of creditHandle and resolve all incoming inquiries and escalation issues courteously and professionallyMaintain a thorough working knowledge of all partner credit union operational policies and guidelines, products and servicesInteract with governmental agencies, dealerships, S3 and credit union partners assisting them with error resolutions, lien perfections and general title questionsQUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or equivalent work experience requiredA minimum of 2 years of focused on consumer loan title processing experience requiredAt least 1 year of customer service experience preferredAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely mannerProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessaryExcellent customer service skills with a high attention to detailPrioritize workload based on department requirements and customer needsStrong analytical skills required with a high degree of accuracyAbility to work flexible hours as neededAbility to multi-task in other areas of the unitAptitude to work independently as well as part of a teamPositive attitude and team-orientedAbility to function in changing environmentSTANDARDS OF PERFORMANCEProfessional representation of S3 Shared Service Solutions, LLC.Job knowledge/timely, accurate and efficient performance.Adherence to S3s policies and procedures.Promotes and ensures the highest level of quality member Service is provided to all members.Confidentiality of all records.Timeliness of meeting regulatory guidelines.Compliance of regulatory requirements.Success in meeting individual, departmental, and corporate goals.WORKING CONDITIONSThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
