The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial accounting, general ledger reconciliation, and technical accounting. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and provide valuable financial insights.*Key Responsibilities:** Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.* Analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.* Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including variance analysis, KPI tracking, and financial projections.* Collaborate with various departments to gather data, analyze results, and ensure alignment with financial goals.* Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and assumptions.* Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial liquidity to ensure the company meets its financial obligations.* Evaluate and implement financial systems and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.* Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, coordinating with external tax advisors as necessary.* Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, business development opportunities, and capital investment decisions.* Mentor and develop junior finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.*Qualifications:** Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
