remote, field based position. Preference for the person selected to
reside in Colorado. In addition will provide support for Utah,
Wyoming, Montana, Washington, Alaska and Idaho. Expected up to 80%
travel.This is a 36 month fixed-term, full time position. You will

OpportunityThe Roche Support Network is dedicated to providing
exceptional support to customers. As a Field Applications
Specialist:
- You will travel to demonstrate your expertise in technical
repair and installation for Roche product lines.
- You will serve as the primary liaison and expert for
consultative, administrative, and technical installation
matters.
- You will support the local support team in identifying,
analyzing, and executing complex hardware instrument
implementations.
- You will diagnose and resolve mechanical, hardware, software,
and system failures while minimizing installation delays.
- You will maximize customer satisfaction with Roche
installations and promote effective communication within the
team.
- You will oversee and assess the quality of installation teams'
work and provide feedback for improvement.Who You AreRequired
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Cell Biology or
Biochemistry, or Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, and/or
relevant experience
- 3 years of previous experience in a clinical laboratory or IT
in a clinical lab environmentPreferred Qualifications
- Ability to learn and remain current on Roche solutions across
various fields, including chemistry, immunology, molecular, life
sciences, and IT solutions, while keeping up with industry
trends.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with
project management experience.
- Strong customer consultative skills, including advanced
scientific knowledge, exceptional customer engagement, and the
ability to foster strong customer relationships.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members and work independently
as a field-based individual contributor.Additional InformationThe
expected salary range for this position based on the primary
location of Colorado is $66 - $123k. Actual pay will be determined
based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other
job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus
may be available based on individual and Company performance. This
position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link
