This school year, ACE is serving over 14,000 children in Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming, and is actively pursuing other expansion opportunities with the support of a national funding partner. Position OverviewThe Scholarship Program Coordinator will be responsible for the administration of the ACE K-12 scholarship program in designated states, including but not limited to serving as primary contact with partner private schools, overseeing the application and renewal process; student and family survey and other data collection; and working within the data management system. As the primary contact for partner schools and families this position requires a high level of customer service with professional communication over phone, email and in-person. ACE Scholarships serves many English and Spanish speaking families and communities. Additionally, the Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the collection of data for potential state expansion.Primary Job duties and responsibilities1. Administer the K-12 Scholarship ProgramServe as primary contact for ACE partner schools and families servicing both English and Spanish speakersProvide excellent customer service to schools and families returning communication in a timely manner and assisting families and schools throughout the scholarship processEnsure the accurate administration of the K-12 Scholarship Program, in accordance with policies and proceduresManage the application and scholarship process for designated statesSupport research and collection of school-level data from partner schools in designated states for the ACE third-party evaluation projectConduct exit surveys and other data collection for internal purposesArticulate ACE mission to community membersParticipate in engagement activity that will create value to schools and families2. Generalized Organizational SupportAssist with processing and delivery of tuition checks, performed quarterlyProvide occasional support and attendance for fundraising, community and alumni eventsAd hoc projects as directed by managerKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong customer-centric philosophy; ability to maintain professionalism, patience and empathy when resolving issues with stakeholdersExperience in program project implementationKnowledge and passion for school choice and ACE Scholarship's missionStrong attention to detail and ability to stay organizedKnowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite, high comfort level with database and CRM systemsAbility to manage multiple projects and activitiesEnthusiastic self-starter with the ability to identify problems and develop and implement solutionsAbility to communicate and adjust workflow to accommodate schools and families during seasons of high volumeExperience managing data and reportingStrong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bi-lingual in Spanish is desired but not required. Minimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in customer service, non-profit administration, hospitality, or other related fieldsPersonal and professional integrityStrong communication and customer service skillsExcellent professional appearance and presentationStrong analytical and decision-making skillsAbility to travel out of state (PIdb26d2ccfeb1-25660-33762597
