• Many More!Job DetailsWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Drafter to join our dynamic and innovative design firm! This permanent position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to diverse and exciting projects, ranging from commercial buildings to single-family residential projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, collaborating with engineers and architects, and assisting in the design and planning process. This role requires a high degree of technical expertise, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:1. Prepare comprehensive architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring that all designs adhere to the established specifications and standards.2. Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to develop and refine design concepts.3. Produce detailed construction drawings for single-family residential projects and other architectural structures as needed.4. Conduct thorough design calculations and analyses to ensure the feasibility and structural integrity of the design.5. Participate actively in project meetings, contributing valuable insights and suggestions to improve design quality and efficiency.6. Coordinate with construction teams to provide necessary drawings and technical support, ensuring that the construction process aligns with the design intent.7. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of architectural drafting processes.Qualifications:1. A minimum of three years of experience in architectural drafting, preferably in an engineering or architecture firm.2. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.3. Demonstrated experience in producing construction drawings for single-family residential projects.4. Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building codes.5. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.6. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of work.7.
