You can advance your career with this exciting opportunity.Your responsibilities in this role- Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis- Facilitate internal and external audits as needed- Carry out additional tasks as assigned- Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; ensuring compliance with company policies- Verify, log and send checks, including facilitating special handling- Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents- Execute full-cycle A/P- Provide customer service to internal business partners- Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department
