ProgramCompensation: Compensation is defined by the collective
bargaining agreement that governs this position. Current base
compensation is at $21.18/hourly for the first 90 days. Upon
satisfactory performance evaluation compensation increases to
$31.65/hourly. Other rates may be applicable based on job duties
assigned.General Summary of PositionThis is a skilled labor
position for the oversight and operation of the facility Audio
equipment, responsible to maintain safe industry practices and to
complete tasks as directed by show/event and House management.
During events, this position assists in providing venue information
to show management, building management and crews to ensure
successful events. This position is also required to operate high
lifts, forklifts and other equipment as requested. Additional
responsibilities and tasks are assigned as directed by event
request.Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesReview event needs and
determine equipment necessary to accommodate.Communicate with
clients as required for both upcoming and current events.Supervise
crews as needed during load in/out and shows.Learn and execute show
cues as directed.Maintain a safe working environment by conforming
to established safety policies and procedures.Document repairs
completed and needed repairs for management review.Attend event and
safety meetings as required.Assist with reviewing and verifying
on-call time sheets and the accurate fulfillment of labor
callsAssist in coordinating and supervising on-call
stagehandsMaintain/operate all in house audio gear including FOH
assisted listening devices, building paging and monitor system as
well as event related video needs.Track daily duties, review event
related emails and phone correspondenceParticipate in ongoing
training, safety, cross training of facilities, other departments
and other trainings as determined.Other duties as
assigned.QualificationsTo be successful in this position, you must

drawings, specifications and verbal requests to achieve desired
service/productHigh school diploma or GED, required. Some college
course work, preferred Minimum three years of experience in
supervisory role in related field, requiredSkills and
AbilitiesKnowledge of ADA (assisted listening devices) audio safety
and procedures.Knowledge of audio system and technological
operation and maintenance.Ability to establish and maintain
effective working relations with clients and staff and communicate
in a clear and concise manner in stressful situations.Demonstrate
excellent verbal and written communication and inter-personal
skills among all levels of staff and clientele. Provide customer
service in a professional considerate manner.Ability to speak,
understand, and read standard English, requiredWork effectively
with diverse groups of people among all levels within an
organization.Perform leadership role and job tasks effectively,
despite sudden deadlines and changing priorities.Exceptional
problem solving and organizational skills.Excellent record of
dependability, reliability, and integrity.Computer SkillsBasic
computer skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
