**JOB SUMMARY**
This job is responsible for setting and owning content strategies
for thinkUP, our internal transformation program, by managing the
development and delivery of content. This requires networking with
leaders across the enterprise to source content and then
partnership with core team members, enterprise partners, and
outside resources to align content to the business objectives and
execute. The incumbent will plan, create, and deliver valuable,
relevant, and consistent content to clearly defined audiences that
addresses business goals. They do this by leading the content
planning process, creating ideas for content narratives, managing
editorial calendars, owning relationships with partners and
sponsors, partnering with colleagues across Enterprise Change to
develop innovative change communication plans and deliverables,
analyzing data and updating strategy as appropriate, and serving as
a brand application expert and ambassador.
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Manage the content programs by developing, maintaining, and
delivering on best practices.
+ Build and cultivate relationships across the company to source
content and consult with partners at all levels throughout the
enterprise to create end-to-end content solutions. Craft innovative
storytelling and marketing solutions in-line with business
objectives.
+ Own the internal thinkUP channels including Sharepoint and
Yammer. This includes the strategy for leveraging these channels
and channel maintenance.
+ Manage content governance by maintaining guidelines and
frameworks to ensure consistency. Includes tactics, style,
policies, regulations, and accessibility.
+ Manage content and internal schedules including documenting
content in planning stages and scheduling publication and
promotion. Includes spotting opportunities and gaps.
+ Execute content delivery including, but not limited to,
distribution list management in-line with audience definitions,
leveraging tools like Poppulo for message dissemination, and
publishing SharePoint news articles and Yammer posts.
+ Work with Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Brand Strategy
teams to align efforts.
+ Plan and execute enterprise engagement events. Source and select
agenda items in-line with business objectives, ensure speakers are
prepared, create content and imagery in-line with theme and
targeted outcomes, and partner with meeting technology and other
critical partners to seamlessly execute with high quality.
+ Collect, analyze, report on, and react to qualitative and
quantitative data used to drive customer experience and
organizational results.
+ Other duties as assigned or requested.
**EDUCATION**
**Required**
+ Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, journalism,
communications or related field
**Substitutions**
+ 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of
Bachelor's degree
**EXPERIENCE**
**Required**
+ 7 years in Content Strategy, Creative Account Management,
Marketing Agency, Change Communications, or a related field
+ 3 years project management
**Preferred**
+ 1 year in journalism
+ Adobe and video editing experience

**Pay Range Minimum:**
$78,900.00
**Pay Range Maximum:**
$146,000.00
_Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a
candidates qualifications, experience, and expected contributions,
as well as internal peer equity, market, and business
considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any
geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations
based upon comparative markets._
