Compensation is dependent on experience. The base rate for this
position ranges from $19.00 - $22.00 /hourly.General
Summary:Provide administrative support to Theatrical Services (TS)
Management. Assist with all on site duties related to payroll,
estimates and labor supervision specific to Stagehand labor for the
Division of Arts & Venues including Red Rocks, the Denver Coliseum,
and the Denver Performing Arts Complex. Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:Provide TS administrative / payroll representation
at venues daily as required.Assist in all stagehand labor calls,
call list & sign in sheets for daily activity.Assist in daily
stagehand payroll/ billing reports to ASM GLOBAL Finance. Assist on
all event billing estimates in the required timelines.Assist
Theatrical Services payroll technician to meet daily payroll
deadlines and ensure timely information to all entities (Arts &
Venues and ASM GLOBAL).Assist Theatrical Services Management
related to Stagehand payroll issues.Assist Theatrical Services
Manager relating to Stagehand employee conduct.Assist in tracking
and training, as needed, scheduling and daily labor sign-in process
for all Stagehand labor.Assisting in maintaining all current forms
and publications, including venue tech guides, vendor information
and client books, Stagehand Resource site and FTP site.Monitor and
apply ASM GLOBAL/ IATSE collective bargaining agreement.Assist with
distribution of TS information and postings.Assist with annual
refresher training and meetings, coordinate venue safety walks and
track / update JHA's.Assist with distribution of schedules, PTO and
other TS information and postings.Can be assigned events as needed
and assist with Production Manager duties on those events.Other
duties as assignedQualifications:To perform this job successfully,

Experience:High school diploma required, College degree
preferredSkills and Abilities:Ability to create, type and file
correspondence on behalf of ASM GLOBAL Theatrical Services.Ability
to transfer data from paper formats to database files.Demonstrate
excellent communication (verbal and written) and inter-personal
skills among all levels of staff and clientele.Ability to speak,
understand, and read standard English.Excellent record of
dependability and reliability.Ability to maintain confidentiality
of information.Ability to work under pressure dictated by event
schedules and timetables.Ability to lead and supervise in stressful
situations.Detail-oriented required.Must have dependable
transportation. May require a high amount of driving and travel to
City locations during events.Computer Skills:Strong proficiency in
Office Suite (Excel, Word etc.) preferredProficient data entry
