We are seeking a reliable, hard-working Bakery & Production Supervisor who is looking to build their skill set by joining our team. Our comprehensive training program will teach you these Old-World arts, and ensure your success and growth in our company. Bridge & Tunnel Restaurant Group (BTRG) owns and operates a collection of renowned Colorado eateries inspired by the food and family traditions found in New York and the surrounding areas. BTRG currently operates four restaurant concepts in Colorado: Rosenberg's Bagels and Delicatessen, a modern Jewish deli serving NY-style bagels & sandwiches; Lou's Italian Specialties, a traditional Italian delicatessen and marketplace; Famous Original J's Pizza, serving East Coast-style pies; and Rosenberg's Kosher, a bakery and production facility producing Kosher bagels, breads, and lox.Responsibilities & Requirements:-2+ years' management experience -Order & maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies-Maintain pre-orders and wholesale future orders of all guests-Manage par levels of cream cheese and deli salads-Maintains companies par levels and communicates production number to teams-Operate as the Leader of FOH services on Friday and Sunday operations-Train & coach staff in each stage of the operation-Create & oversee staff scheduling-Count and maintain register till-Communicate hours and tips to our Controller-Schedule & oversee necessary maintenance and repairs on equipment-Collaborate with leadership to assist with menu changes and adjustments-Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment-Competent written and oral communication skills-Willing to work a flexible schedule (Weekends included)-Experience with delegating tasks and maintaining efficiency-Learning about and maintaining the Kosher Parve certification
