Job Description:
Lumivero is hiring -an Order Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you will partner with other members of our Order
Operations team rolling up Order Operations manager. This is a
great opportunity to join the company at a time of exciting change
and growth. -Essential Job Duties
Review and book orders
globallyInvoice customersManage customers inquiries for sales
orders (email and phone)Provision customer licenses and research
provisioning on customer requestHandle sensitive information in a
confidential mannerVerify and enter customer and account data by
reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; verify
auto-entry is correct in CRMVerify product details and calculate
unit price and apply appropriate discountsCommunicate with sales
representatives regarding issues with inventory or priceReview
incoming purchase orders for accuracy and completenessAssist with
office administration duties as needed -Requirements -
2-3 years of accounting and/or
operations experienceDemonstrated intermediate to advanced skills
and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office
applicationsExperience with accounting software (preferably
Intacct, Salesforce and Zuora)Strong problem-solving
skillsExcellent interpersonal skills, drive, and initiativeAnalytic
thinkerDetailed orientedProven ability in following process and
directionAbility to work independently as well as in a team
Associates degree in Accounting,
Finance, or a related field is preferred. - Equivalent -experience
