Job Description:

Our Construction Foremen are the first-line supervisors of our construction crews and we're looking to add a new one for pipe work. The foreman is responsible for the supervision of the crew to ensure the construction is completed safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. We are looking for someone who can operate heavy equipment, prioritizes safety on the job, and has experience working on water, sewer, stormwater, and other utility projects.



The successful candidate will be able to:

• 
  
• Understand the work.
  
• Provide leadership and training for crew members.
  
• Read and understand plans and specifications.
  
• Communicate effectively with the crew and others.
  
• Understand the capabilities of heavy equipment.
  
• Demonstrate safe construction practices.
  
• Order materials and inspections.
  
• Maintain accurate records of construction.
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  • 
    
  • 5 years of relevant heavy civil experience
    
  • Supervisory and/or management experience
    
  • Basic computer skills
    
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude
