  Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple space systems design/integration programs.
    
  • Ensure projects are supported through entire like-cycle.
    
  • Communicate with internal/external partners.
    
  • Seek feedback from interdisciplinary teams to ensure program success.
    
  • Lead meetings with customers and relay program details and timelines.
    
    
    Qualifications
    • Project leadership (such as chief systems engineer, product lead, or lead project engineer).
    • Strong communication and coordination skills: verbal, written, and presentation.
    • Planning and organizing skillsets, including schedule contribution, cost estimation, and personnel forecasting.
      • Experience leading verification activities (planning and execution).
      • Strong interpersonal skills and techniques for eliciting and motivating team performance.
      • Engagement with multidisciplinary teams.
      • Experience in the design and/or test of a space vehicle.
      • Experience in interpreting customer (internal and external) needs and expectations.
        • Functional leadership (such as a group leader, who has been responsible for reviewing performance and providing performance feedback).
        • Proposal and technical communication/writing.
        • Experience in all phases of a program life cycle for a single program experience.
        • 5+ years of experience as a system engineer.
