Start as soon as 3/20th - Earn $18-$20/hr (depending on experience) Description: Slab Sales CSR x2 -Will be located in the slab-sales desk helping walk in customers, answer incoming phone calls, and respond to questions via email/fax for slab customers -Will also handle data entry for slab orders - using internal system and Excel -Work closely with showroom, warehouse, and order desk personnel -Serve a a direct contact for their customers by providing sales support person to person, over the phone and by other means -Provide customers with the best possible buying experience, product delivery, and after-sales service -Must be comfortable getting up and walking for part of the day, will be showing clients products and working on their feet for part of their shift Skills: construction, front desk, retail, stone, tile, flooring MUST HAVE: -Face to face customer service experience, can be retail or admin -HS diploma or GED -Computer skills: basic excel, entering into existing spreadsheets About Aston Carter: Please Note: Scammers are posing as Aston Carter.
