The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work
collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the
creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families,
children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Coalition
advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of
services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those
it serves.
The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks aDesktop Support
Specialistto provide technology support ends users across the
Coalition. This position acts as a lead user resource, whose
responsibility entails set up and configuration of workstations and
printers and providing support for computers and systems to CCH end
users, with a focus on remote sites. The position will also
maintain an understanding of various specialty and department
requirements as it relates to CCH technology needs. This position
is located at 2130 Stout Street, Denver, Colorado 80205and reports
to the IT Director.

Essential Job Functions
Supports computer operations at CCH
Installation of new workstations
Provides direct support for CCH employees for day-to-day computer
needs
Delivers and supports hardware at offsite locations
Installation of networking cable and hardware
Provides continuous and timely information in a professional manner
to ensure customer satisfaction, keeping users and team members
abreast of major problems and escalation progress.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Summary
High school diploma or GED.
Degree in computer science or 2-4 years relevant experience.
A+ certification preferred.
