for reviewing loan packages and credit reports to ensure all
aspects of the verification process have been properly completed
prior to funding and adhere to company policies.Other duties
include supervising staff, interacting with dealers, customers,
field representatives and a variety of other outside entities in a
fast paced environment. The Branch Supervisor performs field
marketing and business development 2-3 days per week. The
successful candidate provides a superior level of customer service
and the ability to interact and promote our finance programs to car
dealerships.Basic Responsibilities
Review all facets of the loan process
for compliance and adherence to company policies and
proceduresReview credit reports, calculate income, examine book
valuations, negotiate with dealersEnsure stipulations and
documentation are in order and are validMentor, train, coach,
develop and motivate staffCommunicate with dealers and branch
teamDevelop and maintain strong business relationshipsStay abreast
of competing marketsKnowledgeable about all loan processing and
funding applicationsPerform field marketing and business
development 2-3 days per weekSkills & Qualifications
Have some experience reading credit
reportsAttention to detail and work well in fast paced
environmentSome knowledge of industry marketing and sales
techniquesAdapt to a fast paced, high energy work environment.
leadership experience is a PLUSOrganizational skillsHave a command
of interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to use office
equipmentComputer skillsBilingual Spanish2 year college or
equivalent work experience preferredCompensation: Based on
